WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A PT SESSION:
A range of exercises to strengthen the positive circuits
20 minute deep rest exercise at the end of the class
Your brain fit instructor will take you through a range of mental exercises designed to strengthen the positive circuits in your brain, ie what we call your positivity “muscle” we’re going to get this stronger so that your brain becomes more resilient to stress. Exercises are designed to get you feeling good and concentrating on the positives (because when we feel good our brains can perform better).
This is a friendly energetic class full of good vibes and lots of “can do” thinking. You will be encouraged to try exercises at your own pace, there are no wrong answers! Some light exercise is involved in a session, no need to be in gym wear, you can do exercises at your desk in your office if you like!
There will be a 20 minute deep rest exercise at the end of the class, so preferably if you are in a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed this would be great, but even if you’re just sitting and listening to the instructor this is also great! We recommend try to get to a class once a week if you can, we look forward to seeing you!
